First, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to Expo Teje! I think it was my busiest show ever, I got to see a few people wearing gorgeous sweaters knitted with Neblina, and I had the chance to catch up with my knitting friends in Chile. Expo Teje is always a highlight for me and this version was the best yet! In fact so many people came to see me that naturally dyed speckles are now completely sold out. I’ve already received a new batch of yarn so I can get to work dyeing more, but in the meantime I’m offering some discounts on solid colored yarns that have been around for awhile. Read on to see what’s available and get discounts for multi-skein projects.
Yarn on sale!
While I get ready to dye the next batch of speckles, I’d love to see some of these naturally dyed yarns find their knitter! So I’m offering a little sale for newsletter readers: get 10% off two skeins, 15% off three skeins, 20% off four or more skeins. This sale isn’t on my website, so I’m including pictures of everything here- reply to this email or send an email to neblina.wool@gmail.com if you’d like to purchase and I’ll send an invoice or payment link. I ship in Chile and internationally and can help estimate your shipping cost.
Here’s what’s available:
The last few skeins of Merino DK. This yarn is wonderfully squishy and can work as either a DK or worsted. I especially love it in brioche! Sale prices: $12.000 CLP ($13 USD) for one skein, 21.600 for 2, 30.600 for 3, 38.400 for 4, 48.000 for 5.
A colorful palette of Corriedale DK. I absolutely love how this base takes up the dye and how well it holds up in sweaters! (If you’ve been reading for a while, you know I can’t stop talking about how much I love my Douglas cardigan). This is a great opportunity to take advantage of the highest discount and get a sweater quantity! Perfect for a striped or colorwork sweater. Sale prices: $10.000 CLP ($11 USD) for one skein, 18.000 for 2, 25.500 for 3, 32.000 for 4, 40.000 for 5
There are still some colors left from my Winter 2023 collection. A single skein of this Patagonian Merino worsted weight would make a nice warm winter hat, or get a few and make a chunky scarf or cowl. I don’t have enough of any one color for a sweater quantity, but if you like stripes or colorwork it makes a very cozy sweater. $15.000 CLP ($16 USD) for one skein, 27.000 for 2, 38.250 for 3, 48.000 for 4, 60.000 for 5.
These are the last three skeins of Merino silk fingering, all indigo dyed. This is my absolute softest, most luxurious base. Would be great in a shawl, either by itself or in combination with some naturally dyed speckles. $16.000 CLP ($17 USD).
Sale prices last until I have new stock of speckles! So, probably at least a month- natural dyeing is slow. But quantities of each color are limited to what’s listed here, so if you see a color you want, reach out!
I’ll be back soon with another newsletter.
